What is Adobe Creative Cloud?

Adobe Creative Cloud is a set of applications and services from Adobe Systems that gives subscribers access to a collection of software used for graphic design, video editing, web development, photography, along with a set of mobile applications and also some optional cloud services.

How do I use Adobe Creative Cloud

CEDP utilise an agreement made by CEnet, this CEnet agreement includes all the member dioceses and offers Adobe suite for a low cost. Currently we are in a 3 and half year agreement that will end in January 2022.

You can utilise the Creative Cloud suite by downloading the Adobe Creative Cloud application and installing required applications. These applications are the following:

  • Photoshop CC
  • illustrator
  • InDesign
  • XD
  • Lightroom
  • Premiere Rush
  • After Effects
  • Bridge
  • Portfolio
  • Spark
  • Behance
  • Adobe Colour
  • Acrobat DC
  • Lightroom Classic

Troubleshooting:

  • Check user account details are correct
  • Check the identity type is correct (selecting Enterprise ID not Adobe ID)
  • Check that the user has authenticated to zScaler prior to downloading/signing into an Adobe product
  • Check device zScaler certificate is correct
  • Sign out and back into the application/CCE desktop application
  • Re-download the CCE desktop/individual application
