Rapid Global

What is it?

Rapid Global is CSPD Visitor Registration solution which all visitors use to sign in when visiting a school

With Rapid Global we have the ability to have a report of who is on site in the event of an emergency, along with notify these visitors of an emergency.

Why do we need it?

Rapid Global is needed in schools to meet work health and safety (WHS) requirements, along with allowing staff/students to identify people who may have never been at the school before as a visitor, and issues with these devices, please log a ticket to ESD. 

How does it work?

Rapid Terminal 

The visitor will access the sign in system at the reception of each school. They will click 'Enter Site' upon visiting or 'Leave Site' when leaving and following the prompts shown on the Surface Tablet. 

Rapid Go QR Code

The visitor scans a QR code at the front office to sign in, the visitor then follows the prompts on the website. When leaving the visitor can select Leave site on the website. Refer to the Guide below.

How is it managed?

These Surfaces devices are in Autopilot managed via inTune, our MDM solution, this allows supervision of the device.
